Standard Package: $350 covers up to 10 children. Each additional child is $25.
Private Party (Friday): $450 private party fee + $350 minimum package = $800 total starting. Each additional child is $25.

No charge for adults or children under 12 months.
Admission for each child
Designated party space for 2 hours and 45 minutes (30 min setup prior to party start time, 2 hr of party time, 15 min cleanup)
2 large, one topping Rosati's pizzas for the first 10 kids, 1 additional pizza per every additional 5 children.
(1-14 kids = 2 pizzas, 15-19 kids = 3 pizzas, 20-24 kids = 4 pizzas)
GoGo SqueeZ and juice box for each paying child
Silverware, napkins, plates, cups and water
Saturday & Sunday: 10:00-12:00, 1:00-3:00, or 4:00-6:00
Friday Private Party: 5:30-7:30 PM
Saturday Private Party: 7:00-9:00 PM
Note: Saturday & Sunday parties during normal business hours (10am-6pm) are NOT private. The Treehouse remains open to the public during these times.
No minimum! If you have just 5 kids coming, that's perfectly fine. Our base party package covers up to 10 kids, so feel free to invite as many (or as few) as you'd like!
Lake Zurich: Maximum 50 total guests (children + adults) per party space. Reserve a second space for $175 additional (based on availability) for groups of 50+. Max 80 total guests with both spaces.
McHenry: Maximum 60 total guests (children + adults) per party space.
Our play equipment has no age limit! All children 12 months and older will be counted towards your final headcount. We typically see crawlers through age 10 enjoying our space, but ALL AGES are welcome!
$150 deposit is due at time of booking (non-refundable within 45 days of party date).
Remaining balance is due on the day of the party.
We understand kids get sick and emergencies come up. However, if you need to cancel within the 45-day window, your deposit cannot be returned or transferred.
Yes! You can absolutely add extra food to your party. Just let us know what you’d like, and we’ll help make sure everyone leaves happy and full!
Large (16") 1-topping Rosati's, thin crust pizza - $35 ($3 each additional topping)

Outside food or drinks (with the exception of birthday treats)
Helium filled balloons
Loose balloons: All balloon décor must be securely attached to a balloon arch, centerpiece, or similar display. Balloons must remain within the party area and are not permitted on the play equipment.
Scotch tape, Command strips, glue dots, sticky tack, and similar adhesives are not permitted on walls or windows. Only painter’s tape may be used on walls, and no tape of any kind may be used on windows. Any damage to walls or windows will result in a damage fee based on the extent of the damage.

You will receive an email on Monday (the week of your party) to confirm your final headcount, pizza order, and any food or drink add-ons. If you don’t see the email, please be sure to check your spam folder as well.
Important: Final headcounts and pizza orders cannot be adjusted after Wednesday at 6:00 PM the week of your party. We completely understand that last-minute cancellations can happen, but to help keep everything organized for our staff and vendors, and to ensure your party runs smoothly, all final numbers are locked in at that time. If additional children attend beyond your confirmed headcount, they will be added to your final total. However, we are unable to subtract children who do not attend, as food orders and staffing are scheduled based on the final confirmed count. Please note that pizza orders cannot be changed after Wednesday at 6:00 PM.
A private party includes everything offered in our standard non-private party package, with the added bonus of exclusive use of the entire Treehouse for your event, meaning no other guests will be in the space during your party.
Private parties are available Friday (5:30-7:30 PM) and Saturday (7:00-9:00 PM). Please note that The Treehouse does not host private events during normal business hours.

Want more time to celebrate? You can add an extra hour for $200. If you’d like to extend your party, please include that request on your booking form at the time of booking.
Gratuity is not included in your final bill. If you enjoy your experience and choose to leave a tip, 100% of it goes directly to the staff assisting with your event. Our team works hard to make your celebration smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free, and gratuity is a meaningful way to recognize their efforts. Tips are truly appreciated by our staff.
Yes! Weekday parties during normal business hours (Monday - Friday) can be arranged. Please send us an email with your preferred date and time and we will get to planning!

Please share the reminders below with your guests to help ensure a smooth start to your event! Please give everyone a heads-up that shoes must be removed upon entry (adults included), and all guests are required to wear socks.

Please check in at the front counter when you arrive.
Everyone must remove their shoes upon entry, adults too! If that's uncomfortable, we offer slippers and shoe covers for purchase, and you're welcome to bring your own slippers from home if you'd like. If you would like to wear your shoes to use the bathroom, please do.
Socks are required FOR ALL.
Please dress comfortably! We recommend light layers for both kids and adults, as the space can run warm with lots of active play. We do our best to keep everyone comfortable during their visit.
